Art Brokerage: (1929) Andres Segovia is an artist who’s early works resemble the works of Bernard Buffet and other Parisian artists of the mid 20th century, and who’s later works explore time, space, and the surreal. Born to Spanish parents in Argentina in 1929, Segovia began exhibiting in the early 1950s and showed his work throughout Europe and all over the continent. His works are housed in the collections of the Musee de l’Athenee in Geneva, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angles, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Dusseldorf, and the Nathan Cummings Foundation. His father was the very famous musician Andres Segovia.
